I can confidently say that this plane is rock solid. I regularly fly my friends and family in it, a testament to its reliability. I've priced it to accommodate the airframe time, making it a more affordable option than a mediocre carbureted Cherokee 180.
Engines / Mods / Prop
Gear-up landing in 2010 prompted Aero Engines of Winchester, VA, to complete a bottom-end inspection about 700 hours ago. This is a great benefit as the engine was completely disassembled, the bottom end had all of the steel parts magnafluxed, and all of the wear items, like bushings, were replaced. It was basically a bottom overhaul.
