Detailed Description

Bought this aircraft for soft and short fields. Perfect for wing camping for 2 people. Back seats and cargo compartment hold quite a lot.
This is a TRUE STOL aircraft with 220 HP, a Constant speed prop, and FULL Length aerodynamically actuated SLATS, as well as Trailing linkage gear all around. Fantastic view for a low wing aircraft.

Freshly Overhauled engine with less than 40 hours SMOH. 9 GPH burn in cruise. 60 Gal on board. Greater than 6 hours endurance.
Plane has been hangered its entire life to the best of my knowledge. Completely new canopy glass except front which is in good shape.

Why buy something like a Cessna 180 for 3 times the price when this is just as capable?

Remarks

Plane is in great condition. Auburn Airport (where plane is hangered) will be closing April 29th 2024 for a couple months of runway work.

Used this plane to get in an out of very short and rough fields like Stehekin and never had worries. She was designed for the French military specifically to do that sort of thing. Easy to fly. Makes short fields REALLY easy.
