New wheel pants from Knot 4 U installed 12/23. 3 blade Hartzell Top Prop with 42 hours since rebuilt by Werner Propeller in June 2023, less than 250 hours since new.92 Gal tanks, 88 useful. ALWAYS HANGERED, original paint and interior both in good shape. No Damage history with complete logs since new. Continental O-470-4, 1123 SMOH, 2000TBO. Last annual 6/23, oil change 12/23. All AD's complied with. Currently hangered at KPRC ( Prescott, AZ ).
