This awesome Saratoga is listed for sale at Fernandina Beach Airport. N8310Y is a 1981 Piper Saratoga SP in excellent condition with NO DAMAGE HISTORY and over $80K in recent upgrades! 590 SMOH (2013), only 156 on the prop SMOH (2021), 5261 TTAF. All new avionics and panel were installed in 2023 by Sarasota Avionics; avionics suite includes dual Garmin GI-275's, GTN750Xi, GMA35C bluetooth digital audio panel, GTR225 comm radio, GTX-345R remote mount ADS-B in/out transponder, JPI EDM-830 Engine Monitor, and King KA-156 radar altitude indicator.  Panel also includes dimmable LED red and white lighting.  Whelen LED position, strobe, beacon, taxi, and Prometheus G3 landing light all installed in 2023, and interior lights replaced with LED to reduce heat output.  Dual wingtip LED lighting. Extensive annual was completed in 2023 and GAMI injectors installed, additional Electroair push-button start makes hot starts a breeze.  Rudder pedals and trim rerigged in 2023 so she flies straight and true.  Concorde Platinum series battery replaced in January 2024 and  Battery Minder connector installed in baggage compartment.  Hydraulic power pack replaced in 2019 and all new tires in February 2022.  New paint in October 2022 as well as carpet and front seat cushion covers and foam, so you and your passengers will be riding in style and comfort.  All available Knots 2U speed mods have been installed, including flap, aileron, and elevator gap seals, wing root fairings, and main landing gear lobes.  Cruise at 155 KTAS with over 1350 pounds useful load, this Saratoga SP really is the Suburban of the skies! Complete log books, two tow bar, cowl plugs, and Sun Foil window covers included.  The Century 41 autopilot is currently removed and electric trim does not work, but aircraft is ready for GFC500 autopilot integration for the next owner.  Annual inspection is due in May 2024, which is currently scheduled for May 6 at FHB but can be negotiated at buyer's request for pre-buy inspection purpose or personal preference.   NOTE: the PA-32R-301 is exempt from the wing-spar AD, so an Eddy Current inspection is not required for this aircraft.
