Interior Condition: The interior was refurbished in 2005. The seats and sidewalls were replaced with a dark tan leather. The carpet and headliner were also replaced at the same time. The interior overall is in good condition with no rips or tears. Exterior Condition: The aircraft was stripped and painted in 2002 by Kenedy Aircraft Painting in Texas. The paint is in good condition with normal wear for its age. There is some paint chipping along the cowl and by some of screws. The outboard leading edges have been repainted. The ruddervators are in great condition.

His flying had slowed down, so he decided to sell it because he did not want it to sit. The aircraft has been based in the southwest for most of its life. Damage History: The leading edge of the horizontal stabilizers were replaced in 1999 along with the two outboard leading-edge skins on the wings. See 337 for details. In Flight Report: “What an incredible aircraft! I was able to make it from the Phoenix area back to Kokomo in just over 7 hours. I was seeing between 165-170Kts true at 11,500ft.
