1980 Cessna 172N Skyhawk II.
This California since new Skyhawk has been Hangar kept in the Sierra foothills at Auburn Ca. In 2006 the airplane received a refurbishment with Lincoln Skyways including a complete new interior, new windows and new exterior plastic. The aircraft was then completely repainted by Kracon Aircraft Refinishers.

The Garmin GNS 430W is WAAS equipped and supporting avionics make this an IFR instrument airplane.

The low time engine was completely gone through 118 hours ago by Western Skyways Inc., one of the best engine overhaul shops in the country as an IRAN inspection in 2016. 

The last annual inspection just expired in October. A Fresh Annual Inspection can be competed with the sale after the results of the pre purchase inspection.
